Recovery
Fitness. Wellness. Recovery.
Recovery is a cornerstone of ISP. We take a comprehensive approach to helping your body and mind perform at their best by offering integrated recovery services all in one place.
Whether you’re recovering from a tough session, an injury, or simply prioritizing your health, our team is here to help you recharge, rebuild, and come back stronger.
Our physical therapy focuses on restoring movement, reducing pain, and rebuilding strength after injury or intense training. Massage therapy supports muscle recovery, improves circulation, and relieves tension so you can stay consistent in your workouts. We also offer mental health and IV therapy designed to support mood, clarity, and overall well-being from the inside out.
Physical Therapy
Physical therapy is a powerful tool for restoring function, and helping you move with confidence in everyday life and training. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or looking to improve performance, our approach focuses on identifying the root cause—not just treating symptoms.
Through personalized treatment plans, targeted exercises, and hands-on techniques, physical therapy helps improve mobility, build strength, enhance stability, and correct movement patterns. The result is a stronger, more resilient body that can handle the demands you place on it—so you can stay active, pain-free, and perform at your best.

Rachel Harper
Rachel Harper
Hi, I’m Rachel- a therapist, mental skills trainer, and former collegiate strength and conditioning coach and athlete. My mission is to help clients break through their ceilings- whether they’re an athlete stepping onto the field, a student navigating the classroom, or anyone striving to thrive in work, family, or relationships. I believe we’ve mastered how to train the body, but too often neglect our mental, emotional, and social lives that help shape who we are- we can’t outsmart or outmuscle our inner worlds.
I hold Master’s degrees in both Sport Psychology and Clinical Mental Health Counseling, am certified as a Strength and Conditioning Coach through the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches’ Association, and am currently pursuing the Certified Mental Performance Consultant certification through the Association of Applied Sport Psychology. My background in athletics and mental health fuels my passion for working with athletes and driven individuals, but my door is open to anyone ready to dig a little deeper into themselves and their relationships. I have a high clinical interest in attachment, relationships, meaning-making, motivation, anxiety, habit change, and goal setting- themes that shape everyone’s story, not just those in sports.
My approach is bold, curious, and whole-person focused. I blend relational, cognitive, and behavioral frameworks to explore how clients’ thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and upbringing influence every role they play. We won’t just explore what’s visible, we’ll uncover the stories we all carry and turn them into fuel for growth and understanding. Whether clients are looking to boost performance on the field, at work, within their relationships, or find balance away from it all, I’m here to help them get curious about themselves and the people around them- acting on the version of themselves that knows there’s more to them than just physical capabilities.
Massage Therapy
Each session is thoughtfully curated around the individual in front of Andi. She takes time to understand each client’s needs, goals, and how their body is feeling that day, then designs a personalized treatment plan to support meaningful, lasting results.
No two sessions are the same—bodywork evolves as the body does, allowing care to remain responsive, effective, and deeply personalized. Whether the focus is relief, recovery, restoration, or overall balance, every session is shaped by what the client needs most in that moment.

She works with clients of all ages and activity levels—from competitive athletes to active individuals to those simply seeking to feel better in their bodies. With a calm, grounded approach, Andi believes bodywork is an essential part of sustainable health—not just something to fix what hurts, but a way to maintain balance, resilience, and connection to the body.
